How
often does your staff come out to service my yard?
The Center for Disease Control recommends dog waste be
cleaned up weekly and we establish scooping routes, normally cleaning our clients' yards the same day each week. Click

Is
there an extra charge for first time service?
For yards that have not been cleaned on a regular (weekly)
basis, we recommend a verbal or on-site estimate to determine the
cost of the initial clean-up. For those yards left unmaintained during the winter months, you'll need to ask for the "spring
thaw clean-up". Please call us for more information and rates.
Can
my dog stay in the yard while you're working?
In most cases, yes. We get along with most of our four-legged friends, however
there are some cases when we prefer the dogs are kept inside during service. For our first visit, we'd like to be introduced to your dog and will establish everyone's comfort level. We don't want to take unnecessary
risks for our employees or cause stress for your pet.
How
do I pay for service?
Weekly service clients receive an invoice in the
mail at the end of the month. There is a $5 late fee for clients whose accounts are not kept current. One-Time service
and Winter/Spring Clean-Up Service must be paid in advance
or upon completion of the service. We accept cash or checks made payable to Happy Tails Inc.
Does
your company work through winter?
Yes. We do our best to work through any inclement weather to ensure a clean yard. However, there may be times during significant snow fall when service may be postponed.
When
can you start service at my home?
We prefer to speak with our clients over the phone prior
to starting service. Call us at 216.749.7871or send us an e-mail. If you reach voicemail, please
leave a message. Chances are we're out making hundreds of
other tails wag in Northeast Ohio. We want you and your family to
have a safe, healthy and clean environment... we're eager to clean
your toilet!

is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
We promise that you and your dog will get service you're
both happy with. We know our business depends on doo-ing excellent
work, and it's the quality of our job on which we stake our
success. We're working very hard to provide reliable, high-quality
service. If there is ever a time our service is not completely satisfactory,
please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right by
either coming back to reclean the yard promptly, or by crediting
your account accordingly.
